Safe support starts with paying attention. We are committed to identifying and managing risk as a normal, everyday part of how we deliver support — not an afterthought.
How support is delivered matters as much as what is delivered. We hold ourselves to clear expectations built around your dignity and control.
We are honest about where we are. The Ginnes is currently being established and is not yet a registered NDIS provider.
Our Current Status
THE GINNES Disability & Community Services currently operates as an unregistered NDIS provider while we work toward full registration. We can support Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants today, within the supports available to an unregistered provider.
Full registration — which would let us also support NDIA-Managed participants — will follow once all compliance, insurance, and safeguarding requirements are fulfilled in accordance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards guidelines. That includes finalising the appropriate insurances, putting worker screening and record-keeping processes in place, and confirming the policies that protect your safety, privacy, and rights.
We would rather tell you plainly what we have not yet completed than overstate our credentials. When these safeguards are in place, we will update this page to reflect exactly what we are registered, certified, and approved to provide.
